If FBB Handset shows SIP Registration Error, please carry out the following :
1) Connect to Terminal via Laptop/PC.
- Connection is Ethernet connection.
- Open Web Broswer.
- Enter IP address : 192.168.1.1
- This IP address is the default address. If it does not work, please contact Ships IT department and check if default IP address has been changed.
2) Log in to Admin area
- Admin login button is located Top Right of Terminal Display
- Username : Admin
- Password : 01234567
3) Check setting on Terminal
- Settings > Netwrok Setting > LAN > IP Address
- DHCP should be set to "USE"
4) Check settings on each Handset
- Settings > Network > Password > Automatic
5) Allocate Extension number on Terminal
- Settings > PBX Settings > Extension
- Click "Add Extension"
- Number : 1000 - 9999
- Password : Set the password to be the same as the Number enter in the previous step
- Note : Enter a name for where the phone is located
6) Allocate extension number on Handset
- Settings > SIP > Client set
- These settings must match the Terminal settings
- Number / Password / Note
