If your ECDIS shows the error message "No Connection to e-Token" it is informing you that the system can not detect the C-MAP Dongle.
FMD-3100
The FMD-3100 ECDIS is not supplied with a CMAP Dongle.
If you get the above error message please carry out the below steps :
- Please go to the Charts section (Top Menu Bar).
- Select Licences
- Go to the CMAP Tab
- Top left of this tab you will see a tick box that activates CMAP functionality.
- Make sure this tick box is unticked
If you cannot select this box please contact support@furuno.co.uk as an engineer attendance maybe necessary to change ECDIS type.
If you believe you should have a CMAP dongle and the system still can not detect the dongle, please contact support@furuno.co.uk as an engineer attendance maybe necessary to investigate further.
FMD-3200 / FMD-3300
The FMD-3200 and FMD-3300 ECDIS are supplied with a CMAP Dongle as standard.
If you are confident the CMAP dongle is still connected and the system still can not detect the dongle, please contact support@furuno.co.uk as an engineer attendance maybe necessary to investigate further.
